The Birthday Preparations

Noah is turning three next week!!! I am not having the sad reminiscing emotional moments I had with the first and second birthdays. Maybe because I am hoping the terrible twos will be gone soon or because of Miller. I am just excited. Noah is growing leaps and bounds every day in his curiosity, imagination and vocabulary. You never know what he will say or do. I love him. Love him. This year is party is Curious George which fits Noah's little personality to a tee. I have been a little distracted and got late start but we have hit the ground running. Instead of making his invites myself I had them printed by Freckles and Speckles on Etsy. She also made matching labels and cupcake toppers.

We are playing a few carnival type games that align with titles of Curious George books. Like... Curious George Goes Fishing.... baby pool with magnetic fish and poles.... with fish bubbles as a prize. Both of my moms have been brainstorming with me and helping me get stuff together. We are still thinking through how to turn the garage into a CG mini carnival. I am most excited about the cake! Jennifer, Brooke's mom, has a friend that makes magical looking and delicious creations. The cake will be the centerpiece of the Curious George Visits a Chocolate Factory and next to the Curious George and the Pizza food table.

In my head it all turns out adorable and Noah loves every second of it. But there is a lot to do between now and then! I love getting everything ready!
