Saturday we went into Dallas to meet up with Susan one of my best friends from college. Susan is very creative, kind, and her love for the Lord is evident in all that she does. Susan also went to Kamp. (Kanakuk where we spell things with a K) My favorite thing about Susan is her quirky sense of humor. I haven't seen her in a couple of years until we met up in ATL back in May. It made me realize just how much I miss her! Susan is launching her photography business. I love the pets section! Some of the photos of Noah are in the Little Ones section. After the photo shoot we went to an indoor outlet mall where we scored some deals. We ate lunch at the Rainforest Cafe where the animals come alive every 10 minutes or so. Noah loved it!!
Sunday we lounged around the house and went to the pool at the gym Robin and Chris belong to. This is no ordinary gym! The have two Alabama Adventure sized water slides. The gym is amazing with marble and granite everywhere. It felt like a privilege to work out there. Noah had fun hanging out in the pool.
Monday morning I got to go and grab Starbucks with Susan and then we went to lunch with Adam and Noah at the Spaghetti Warehouse. Then it was off to the airport. Noah did well on the plane and no one around us felt the need to consume alcohol this time.
