The Eighteen Month Old

Miller is one and a half years old today! He had a check up today. He weighed in at 23 lbs and 32 inches high. Still in the 25th percentile. He is a little guy. With a larger than life personality. Dr. Pettit pulled a mass of impacted wax out of his ear and saw some fluid. Both Noah and Miller always have fluid. But not infections? I don't get it. Regardless because of his speech delay we are headed to the ENT for tube evals. Maybe it will help. I will say that after having his ears "cleaned" he has been super happy and in a sweet mood. Check out his dance moves.
He also debuted a new word today....a wave accompanied with bye bye. He adds this to other new trick pointing to his eye and saying eye. I am pleased with his progress and much less worried about his progress. I am really hopeful that with a summer of intensive purposeful play he will be right on track! He is such a snuggler at night in "our" chair and freely gives away waves and kisses. He loves books. He loves loves Noah. And being tickled. I so enjoy out time together!

Wow! Could it be that simple? Maybe his ears just had that awful plugged up feeling?
He is so adorable. Where'd he learn to dance? Really must run in the family...but which one ;-)?
