The God Factor

I'm not really sure how many people actually read this but I really need your help. Some of you may know that Noah has been having some problems breathing lately. He has had a really bad head cold that caused the RSV a few weeks back. He has never fully recovered from that. He is again super congested in the nose, throat and chest. We took him back to the doctor on Friday. The doctor thinks he might have asthma. He wants to put Noah on steroids through a twice a day breathing treatment for twelve weeks. Every fiber of my being says, "No!". This can not be. I don't want Noah to face more breathing treatments, he hates them. Nor do I want him not to be able to play or enjoy outside like a normal kid. Tomorrow we are going to see a asthma and allergy specialist. I have been really upset about the diagnosis and praying that this is not the case, hoping for allergies or a bad cold. My mom reminded me that doctors look at the medicine and treatment. What they don't see is the God Factor. So I am asking for your help tonight. Please pray for Noah. Pray for overnight healing. Pray that when we see the specialist tomorrow that the answers we get do not include asthma or steroids or breathing treatments. I know asthma is not the end of the world but if you could see Noah's face in that stupid mask, you would be asking for people to pray for miracles too!

Yes Carrie me too. Try not to worry this early in the game. Also, God blesses these doctors to know what is best for our children. TRUST.
