Today my little man is five months old. I decided to celebrate this by making a couple of lists about my favorite five month old.
Five Reasons Why Noah is So Cute!
1. His big blue eyes
2. His little nose
3. His laughter
4. His flirty smile
5. His prayer position
Five Things You May or May Not Know About Noah:
1. He has a strict bedtime, set by him, if he is not asleep in his bed by 8 he will let you know he does not like it!
2. He is a people person, he will fight off sleep and hunger if there are people around to look at
3. He says momma , really I think he does.
4. He is working on two teeth, they are slow, very slow
5. Noah also likes it when Charlie licks his feet, although I try to stop it
Five Things Noah has Taught Me:
1. that you can love something that brought you pain, made you throw up an estimated 368 times, makes you lose sleep and makes you worry more than you love yourself
2. That babies can be extroverts.
3. that I NEED God on a daily, minute by minute basis
4. that Adam is an amazing father and friend
5. that prunes clear out the digestive tract in babies too
Five Things that I Hope for Noah's Future:
1. that he finds security in God's love
2. That he has life long Godly friends
3. That he marries someone who brings him closer to God and that makes the best companion through life's ups and downs
4. that he forgives me of the mistakes I have made and that I will make
5. That he doesn't worry as much as his Daddy does
Five Things I Hope to Teach Noah:
1. to trust God's plan for his life
2. to pray
3. to treat all people out of love and respect no matter his own pain, jealousy, or other human feelings
4. to forgive and then forget
5. to make really good chocolate chip cookies
When I get home I will add five pictures for Wordless Wednesday and of Noah's five months in my life!

Yes, he remembers you! I love your baby!
what a BEAUTIFUL blog...happy 5 months little man!
I mean, I say this all the time, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE reading your blog. You are one amazing mom and amazing writer! And, what does he do in a prayer position?? I'm curious. And, I must confess I have been terrible about being consistent with praying with her at night like that. That's wonderful that you do that! It really inspires me to do that, too! Especially b/c she really is understanding now more and more or I should probably say that I see her comprehension - she has probably understand for awhile.
Thank you Shea! He holds his hands like a little kid praying! It is so cute. He does it all the time, brings them pressed together to his mouth like he is saying grace before a big meal!
